    In this 12-Week Coaching Program you will go through 3 phases.

    Phase 1: The Discovery Phase is 4 weeks, where you and your coach uncover areas of your diet and lifestyle that are out of alignment, be ready for an overhaul with your diet, set goals specific to your individual needs, identify blocks and resistance that is preventing you from achieving your goals and align on solutions to overcome. You’ll start taking steps towards these goals on day 1.

    Phase 2: Designing the Road Ahead Phase is 2 weeks, after setting your goals and identifying your blocks, you and your coach put together a long-term sustainable diet and lifestyle plan with detailed steps to get you there.

    Phase 3: Put it into Practice Phase is 6 weeks, this is when you start to put all of the work into practice. This phase is the longest as this is where you’ll see what is working, what blocks you still have and work with your coach to move through these blocks so at the end of the program you see improvements in your symptoms, have energy, feel like yourself again, are in control of your health and ready to move forward with your life.
